How To Donate
We did it! We have officially raised the required $25,000 to permanently endow the scholarship. You can still make a tax-deductible donation online if you would like to continue growing the fund so that we can fund more students. Go to the Make a Gift page on the J-school website and select “The Visual Storytellers Community Fund” from the dropdown menu. Or select the “Search Funds” tab. Search for “The Visual Storytellers Community Fund” or for fund number 244202. Follow the donation instructions.

Mentorship
If you’re an alumnus interested in being a resource or mentor for scholarship recipients, email Jessey and Lauren at visualfund@gmail.com and we’ll help connect you. This could include anything from reviewing and giving feedback on stories to help with resume and cover letters to advice on portfolios or career-track advice. Your knowledge is invaluable to young visual journalists.
